Which is right for me?

Appointment Only Service allows us to meet with you One on One for no additional charge. The 30 minute appointment window gives us the opportunity to provide you personalized, relationship based service where we can meet your needs and answer any questions you may have. This type of service is best for those customers who manage their calendar carefully or for those who are not comfortable with possible delays during Walk in Service.

Traditional Walk-in Service is just that, traditional. We have set hours where we are in the shop and will help customers on a first come, first served basis. You will still be treated with the same care and concern as all customers but you may have to wait a few minutes before we can look at your bike. This service is best for those with newly discovered issues on their bike or for those whose schedule is less structured or defined.

Regardless of which unique method suits you best you can rest assured that one style will not get more professional attention than the other. We promise free estimates, fair pricing and ridiculous attention to detail in all of our repairs, service or rebuild projects.

If you choose Traditional Walk-in Service simply stop by during the posted shop hours and we’ll take care of you and your bike.
